He quickly diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repairs, and cleaned up afterward. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. I also appreciated the recommendations he provided to avoid future problems. It’s clear that they are experts in their field. We lost water pressure in our house and we’re not sure what was happening So we called comfort, plumbing, and Billy came out same day to look at it. He was very helpful and explained that it was our water softener had gone bad and it was time to replace it. He went into detail, explaining what we needed to do and was able to get us an order for the next morning to get a new water softener. Reggie and Arnold were the technicians that came out the next morning took out our old water softener, put in the new and was very helpful to Answer any questions We had all three of these young men were very friendly and courteous They all did a great job and I give all three of them a five star thank you so much for taking care of our issue as quickly and promptly as you did

Just had a replacement whole house water softener installed. Regi & Albert, both obviously well trained, were quick and did an excellent job. Some confusion, on my part, about the system being installed, but, I contacted their office, and, the office staff was able to answer all of my questions. They made me even more comfortable I was getting an excellent system.

Reggie and Albert helped replace my old water heater. They were prompt, honest, and did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend this company to others for plumbing needs.

My favorite plumber is Regi, which is really reliable and always takes care of the issues fast and really reasonable on the price.
